None of these songs are catchy bangers but they come together into an interesting album. The songs aren’t samey which means it feels like a nice journey. I don’t like this album on a track-by-track basis but when put together it adds up to something greater than the parts.
Recommended for a still, hot summer’s day while you lounge around on the couch.
I think this was a CD I borrowed from Randwick City Library and burnt. My handwriting has gotten worse.
A tradesperson came over to the apartment while this was playing and remarked “beautiful music”.
Don’t know anything about the music but based on the review I was surprised to see that it made the ‘kept’ pile.
Also for me it would be more tempting to ditch a ripped cd because it was free in the first place and I like remembering where I purchased the cd from and looking at the artwork.
Don’t judge a book by it’s cover!
